Responding to general business and information enquiries and conducting correspondence: Article 5/2(f) of KVKK, processing necessary for the controller's legitimate interests, provided that the data subject's fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed.
Conducting negotiations and pre-contractual steps in response to an enquiry about a possible business or contractual relationship: Article 5/2(c) of KVKK, processing of the parties' personal data necessary for and directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract.
Establishing, exercising or protecting legal rights if a dispute or claim arises: Article 5/2(e) of KVKK, processing necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right.
Delivering pages and ensuring website security: Article 5/2(f) of KVKK, processing of technical information necessary for the controller's legitimate interests, provided that the data subject's fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed.
Collection and transfer of data
Data is provided directly by you by email, while technical information is transmitted by your browser when requesting a page. Processing takes place through email and hosting infrastructure by wholly or partly automated means.
Technical providers receive data to the extent necessary to provide email and hosting services. Data may also be disclosed to competent public authorities where there is a legal basis.
Your rights and requests
Article 11 of KVKK provides rights to obtain information about the processing of your data, its purposes and recipients; request correction, deletion under the conditions set by law and notification of recipients; object to an adverse result based solely on automated processing; and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
